Apprenticeships_Logo_whiteApprenticeship:
Apprenticeships offer people of all ages the opportunity to work for an employer and gain experience, earn a salary and gain nationally recognised qualifications.

Apprenticeships help employers in every sector to develop their human resources, expand skills and improve quality.

The C&M College Network have worked closely with local employers for over 20 years to secure positions for individuals and in particular young people to enable them to progress their career and participate in an Apprenticeship. Many of our past Apprentices are now managers or owners of their own business and continue to use Apprenticeship as an effective way to develop their staff and offer job opportunities.
Unlike many other Apprenticeship Providers we help to secure a job for you, ensuring the employer and individual will work together and with us to succeed.   Find out more: www.apprenticeships.org.uk

A dedicated Employer Liaison Team organise over 750 individual work placements with external employers and organsiations each year. Our work placements are organised to meet individual need. We use the term “placement” as we offer more than an experience of the world of work. Our collaborations have helped learners secure employment, make career choices, excel in their current studies and enhance HE applications. Employers collaborate with us on an ongoing basis due to our professional standards, preparation and monitoring.

The C&M College Network were one of the first Colleges and organisations in the Northwest to be awarded the Gold Standard in March 2014.  Find out more: www.fairtrain.org
